Life After Life
The message of the ressurection
is life after life.
There is a place to go
To rid us of pain and strife.
A world of spirits,
A place of love and learning,
That while on Earth
We were often yearning.
It is a place that loved ones
Really start to know,
The reason they were sent
On earth to grow.
Going to an Earthly grave
Is just a part of the trip,
It's when the body and spirit
From each other, can slip.
It's not the end
As some do feel,
Life after life
Is really real.
Christ came back
They touched his hands and side
They felt the wounds
From being crucified.
He taught a great lesson
One to learn
There is life after life
With love that does not spurn.
